If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Mountain House or one of our authorized sellers, we want the opportunity to make things right.
Please be aware that proper storage is key to ensuring your meals stay delicious for 30-years, and our taste guarantee is dependent on you following storage guidelines.*
Please provide proof of package (picture), the date code from the package, and the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will replace the product with a pouch or #10 can of equal or like value.

Limitations
Offer limited to product purchased from MountainHouse.com or an authorized reseller, and excludes ice cream products. We will replace the product for retail consumers who are legitimately dissatisfied for some reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of replacements made in a single request. We will not honor bulk replacements, or requests made on behalf of other people. We will limit the replacement to the actual product in question. We will require proof of product, the date code from the package, and the reason for dissatisfaction. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. We reserve the right not to replace products if proper storage conditions have not been maintained.
*Store Mountain House food under dry, sanitary conditions, without prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures and avoiding any environment that could cause damage to the packaging, such as punctures or dents. To maximize shelf life, store food unopened and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 75°F (24°C).
