By submitting this Mountain House Authorized Online Seller Application (the “Application”), Applicant acknowledges that authorization to sell on the Requested Websites is only granted once both Applicant and OFD Foods, LLC, maker of Mountain House (“Mountain House”) have executed the Mountain House Authorized Online Seller Agreement.

Submitting this Application does not authorize Applicant to sell Mountain House Products on the Requested Websites, and Mountain House has no obligation to accept Applicant’s request to sell Mountain House Products on any or all of the Requested Websites.
