Do I need to have an account with Mountain House?

Yes! Once you sign up, you'll be prompted to create an account if you're not already part of the crew. This is where the trailhead begins! Your account will serve as your basecamp where you'll find:

• Your store credit stash, ready to fuel your next expedition
• Your personal referral link, to share with fellow adventurers and earn rewards
• The map to your membership benefits, where you can track your progress and plan your next move

How does 10% back work?

Each time you place an order on our website, you'll score 10% back (before taxes and shipping) in store credit to use on future purchases as a reward. When you're ready for your next expedition, simply redeem your rewards at checkout.

How much do I receive for a qualifying referral?

You will receive $10 in rewards towards future purchases when a friend makes their first Mountain House purchase of $50 or more (after the 20% discount) using your referral link.

Does my friend get a discount when they use my referral link?

Yes! Friends making their first Mountain House purchase of $50 or more get 20% off their order.

How does member only discounts work?

Simply log into your member portal account and you'll uncover a special coupon code waiting for you. Use it to claim your savings on select products and gear up for the wild journey ahead.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime through your member portal. Just remember, once you hang up your adventure boots, your membership program store credits will be forfeited immediately.

How do I become a member?

Simply click "Join" above and then it's time to hit the trails. You'll be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing Mountain House account.

My benefits aren’t working. Why?

You have to sign in to your Mountain House account to access your membership benefits.

How long do store credits last?

Store credit will expire 180 days after receipt, but no worries - we'll send you a friendly reminder a couple weeks before. So, keep an eye out and make sure to use those credits for your next tasty expedition!

How do I access my membership portal?

Just log into your MountainHouse.com account and hit that "Membership" tab in the navigation. All your tasty membership perks will be waiting for you.
